Brenda Wade has joined Inovaare as Chief Compliance Officer. She has over 15 years’ experience in health care management and regulatory compliance. She is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and ultimately contract requirements for Medicare Part C and D programs and is experienced in IT systems and platforms supporting compliance. Prior to joining Inovaare Brenda served as Compliance Manager at MD Care Health plan, a Humana Company.

Inovaare announces the release of its new User Interface, for improved mobility within all its products

The ease of mobile applications is setting significantly higher standards for enterprise application user interfaces (UIs). In order to address this expectation, Inovaare has developed a new interface, that enables our developers to deliver simpler, and more engaging UIs across our applications. Our New UI is the new standard for Inovaare’s Applications Cloud-based services

The first thing you will notice is that our New interface deliver a simpler, easier, and faster UI to our customers. The new Inovaare UI was also designed to provide a consistent user experience across all our products.

inovaare-quick-access-toolbarWhen the user signs into the tools they will find a helpful toolbar at the top of the screen that will give them quick access to the work task they need to accomplish. When they hover their mouse over an icon a description is displayed, allowing new users to quickly familiarize themselves with the programs navigation and functions.

To the Left of the screen is the basic navigation tool bar that can be minimized to allow for maximum utilization of the screen.

It is designed to give maximum flexibility to jump to important support modules of the program they are in, from reporting, dashboards, tasks, or documents.

In addition, the Floating Menu Found at the lower Right-hand corner gives Users the ability to cross over to any of the other modules in the product without having to sign into it or navigate out of the current module.

Appointment of Senior Vice President Customer Relations & Implementations

June 2017 – Gabe Viola has been promoted as Senior Vice President Customer Relations & Implementations. He was earlier SVP Consulting and Solutions Division since 2015. Gabe is a healthcare industry veteran with 28 years of managing health plan operations. His expertise lies in application processes, enrolment, claims processing, marketing, regulatory compliance and medical review. Gabe specializes in Claims Administration, Compliance and Customer Service. Prior to joining Inovaare Gabe was Director of Medicare Operations at Blue Shield of California.
