Pravat previously co-founded AcesoCloud Inc., which merged with Inovaare in 2022.

His career includes roles as Chief Technology Officer at Azilon and Concio Corporation, where he leveraged technology to streamline healthcare processes.

Pravat began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant, building a strong foundation in technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from BIT Mesra. Brenda WadeChief Compliance Officer

Brenda Wade, Chief Compliance Officer at Inovaare Corporation since September 2017, brings over 20 years of healthcare management and regulatory compliance experience. Her expertise in Medicare Part C and D has reinforced Inovaare's commitment to compliance and ethical standards.

Prior to Inovaare, Brenda served as Compliance Risk Advisor at Humana and Compliance Manager at MD Care Healthplan, significantly enhancing regulatory adherence at both companies. She also gained valuable experience as Public Relations / Contracting Manager at Cambrian Homecare. At Inovaare, Brenda oversees compliance with laws and regulations, integrating AI into Medicare compliance and leading a task force to establish ethical AI guidelines. Her innovative strategies continually elevate Inovaare's regulatory adherence and ethical conduct.

Brenda holds degrees in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and California State University-Long Beach.

Mohar MishraCo-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Mohar Manohar Mishra, Chief Technology Officer of Inovaare Corporation since January 2014, excels in integrating advanced technologies like AI, ML, and cloud computing into healthcare. Previously, as CTO and Co-founder of AcesoCloud Inc. from February 2015 to August 2022, Mohar championed cloud-based platforms to streamline healthcare operations, emphasizing data analytics in improving patient care outcomes. His early career at SiliconTech Lab, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Symphony Services, and Digital Equipment Corporation honed his ability to implement emerging technologies to achieve strategic goals. Mohar holds an advanced degree in Computer Science. Outside of work, he enjoys cricket and Indian classical music.

Vipul SanghviCo-Founder & Chief Product Officer

Vipul Sanghvi is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Inovaare Corporation, leading innovative product development since January 2011. Based in Cupertino, CA, Vipul uses his extensive experience in IT and services to create advanced healthcare compliance solutions. His expertise in SDLC, requirements analysis, enterprise software, pre-sales, and enterprise architecture has been crucial in establishing Inovaare as a leader in healthcare technology.

Before co-founding Inovaare, Vipul was the Director of Product Development at Azilon from 2005 to 2010, overseeing product innovation. He also served as Program Manager at Concio Corp and Project Manager at CMOS Soft. Vipul began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Systems Analyst, gaining valuable experience in systems analysis and project management.

Vipul holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University. Gabe ViolaSenior Vice President

Gabe Viola, Senior Vice President of Customer Relations & Implementations at Inovaare Corporation, brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and compliance. Since joining Inovaare in September 2015, Gabe has driven business development, solution delivery, and sales for consulting services and compliance software, ensuring adherence to CMS and other regulatory standards.

Before Inovaare, Gabe was Director of Medicare Operations at Blue Shield of California, managing enrollment, customer service, appeals, and grievances for the Medicare division. Previously, he served as VP of Operations at MD Care Health Plan, overseeing enrollment, claims administration, IT, and customer service.

Gabe's extensive career includes roles at TOP Solutions and Molina Healthcare, with experience in application processes, claims processing, business development, marketing, regulatory compliance, and medical review. He holds a degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Los Angeles Pierce College.
