Pravat Rout, CEO and Co-Founder of Inovaare Corporation, is a visionary leader in health tech with over 30 years of experience. Since founding Inovaare in January 2011, he has focused on enhancing healthcare operations through innovative technology, maintaining high standards of patient care. Pravat previously co-founded AcesoCloud Inc., which merged with Inovaare in 2022.

Highly regarded for his vision in healthcare management and cloud computing, Pravat's relentless pursuit of innovation has positioned him as a leader in the health tech industry. His career includes roles as Chief Technology Officer at Azilon and Concio Corporation, where he leveraged technology to streamline healthcare processes.

Pravat began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant, building a strong foundation in technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from BIT Mesra. His passion for cloud computing, big data, and AI drives his mission to revolutionize healthcare management.

Brenda WadeChief Compliance Officer

Brenda Wade, Chief Compliance Officer at Inovaare Corporation since September 2017, brings over 20 years of healthcare management and regulatory compliance experience. Her expertise in Medicare Part C and D has reinforced Inovaare's commitment to compliance and ethical standards.

Prior to Inovaare, Brenda served as Compliance Risk Advisor at Humana and Compliance Manager at MD Care Healthplan, significantly enhancing regulatory adherence at both companies. She also gained valuable experience as Public Relations / Contracting Manager at Cambrian Homecare. At Inovaare, Brenda oversees compliance with laws and regulations, integrating AI into Medicare compliance and leading a task force to establish ethical AI guidelines. Her innovative strategies continually elevate Inovaare's regulatory adherence and ethical conduct.

Brenda holds degrees in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and California State University-Long Beach.

Mohar MishraCo-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Mohar Manohar Mishra, Chief Technology Officer of Inovaare Corporation since January 2014, excels in integrating advanced technologies like AI, ML, and cloud computing into healthcare. His visionary approach bridges technical possibilities and strategic business objectives, driving growth and innovation.

Previously, as CTO and Co-founder of AcesoCloud Inc. from February 2015 to August 2022, Mohar championed cloud-based platforms to streamline healthcare operations, emphasizing data analytics in improving patient care outcomes. His early career at SiliconTech Lab, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Symphony Services, and Digital Equipment Corporation honed his ability to implement emerging technologies to achieve strategic goals. Mohar holds an advanced degree in Computer Science. Outside of work, he enjoys cricket and Indian classical music.

Vipul SanghviCo-Founder & Chief Product Officer

Vipul Sanghvi is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Inovaare Corporation, leading innovative product development since January 2011. Based in Cupertino, CA, Vipul uses his extensive experience in IT and services to create advanced healthcare compliance solutions. His expertise in SDLC, requirements analysis, enterprise software, pre-sales, and enterprise architecture has been crucial in establishing Inovaare as a leader in healthcare technology.

Before co-founding Inovaare, Vipul was the Director of Product Development at Azilon from 2005 to 2010, overseeing product innovation. He also served as Program Manager at Concio Corp and Project Manager at CMOS Soft. Vipul began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Systems Analyst, gaining valuable experience in systems analysis and project management.

Vipul holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University. His leadership and technical expertise drive the development of products that meet the complex needs of the healthcare industry, ensuring Inovaare continues to deliver impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance for healthcare organizations.

Gabe ViolaSenior Vice President

Gabe Viola, Senior Vice President of Customer Relations & Implementations at Inovaare Corporation, brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and compliance. Since joining Inovaare in September 2015, Gabe has driven business development, solution delivery, and sales for consulting services and compliance software, ensuring adherence to CMS and other regulatory standards.

Before Inovaare, Gabe was Director of Medicare Operations at Blue Shield of California, managing enrollment, customer service, appeals, and grievances for the Medicare division. Previously, he served as VP of Operations at MD Care Health Plan, overseeing enrollment, claims administration, IT, and customer service.

Gabe's extensive career includes roles at TOP Solutions and Molina Healthcare, with experience in application processes, claims processing, business development, marketing, regulatory compliance, and medical review. He holds a degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Los Angeles Pierce College. His leadership and industry expertise drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction at Inovaare.

Lakshmi NarasimanCo-Founder & Head of Product Delivery

Lakshmi Narasiman R, Co-Founder of Inovaare Corporation, brings over 23 years of experience in IT and project management. Based in Bangalore, he has been pivotal in shaping Inovaare's product development and delivery strategies since its inception in 2011.

Lakshmi leverages his expertise to deliver innovative compliance, audit, and operational risk management solutions to the healthcare industry. His skills in conceptualizing and commissioning products have established Inovaare as a leader in healthcare compliance automation.

Before founding Inovaare, Lakshmi was the Delivery Head at Azilon, where he set up offshore centers and managed diverse client projects. He also held key roles at Concio, CMOS Soft, and Tata Consultancy Services. Lakshmi's commitment to delivering dependable, cost-effective solutions has made him a trusted leader in healthcare IT, driving Inovaare's success in the market.

Raj SinghVice President, Sales & Marketing

Craig GiangregorioSVP, Healthcare Solutions

Craig Giangregorio has been the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Solutions at Inovaare Corporation since July 2021. Based in San Diego, California, he leverages over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and customer support to drive strategic growth and enhance Inovaare’s product offerings.

Before joining Inovaare, Craig was the CEO at Doddlenow from June 2016 to May 2021, where he led the company to become a leader in matching nurses to permanent positions in hospitals using advanced algorithms and API integrations. Prior to Doddlenow, he served as President of Clinical Optimizer, Inc., improving efficiency in nursing schools through technology solutions for clinical rotation scheduling and attendance tracking. Craig holds an MBA in Management from California State University San Marcos and a BS in International Business from San Diego State University. His extensive healthcare technology experience and commitment to enhancing customer experiences make him a valuable asset to Inovaare Corporation.

He specializes in developing opportunities for health plans of all sizes, including start-ups.

Nag Jayaraman is the Senior Vice President of Sales for Healthcare SaaS Platform & Solutions and Head of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at Inovaare Corporation. With over 25 years of experience, Nag has a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships. Since joining Inovaare in February 2024, he has advanced the company’s market position and delivered exceptional customer experiences.

Previously, Nag was Vice President and Sales Head at Coforge, leading global sales for healthcare consulting and technology services. Unnikrishnan S, known as Unni, is a distinguished leader in digital transformation with over 25 years of experience in IT and digital innovation. Recognized for his innovative approach to solving complex problems and driving growth, Unni has successfully bootstrapped and scaled startups and led major digital initiatives within multinational corporations.

Before joining Inovaare, Unni held pivotal roles at Wipro, Infosys, and Accenture, where he helped incubate digital units and expanded data, analytics, and AI business units. He has managed teams of over 5,000 and incubated businesses with revenues exceeding $200 million across sectors like healthcare, retail, banking, and insurance. His expertise in leveraging AI-driven data platforms has redefined business strategies and enhanced digital culture across enterprises.
